Bakerella Cupcake Pops

I stumbled across www.bakerella.com the other day and had to try her cupcake pops.  These are the cutest things I've ever seen and are SOOO yummy.

Fresh out of the freezer: yellow cake crumbled and mixed with a can of cream cheese frosting.  rolled up into balls and frozen.  shaped into cupcake shapes and frozen again for 20 minutes.  the bases were then dipped in chocolate.  Then, after inserting the stick, I dipped the tops in white chocolate and sprinkled with sprinkles.  It takes a long time, but worth it!
